These Windows binaries patch the security issues found in May 2023.
They run under Wine, and thus presumably under native Windows,
but have not been tested.
They were built by Max Chernoff, patching the original release without
changing the version number. Versions:

2018 - LuaTeX 1.07.0
2017 - LuaTeX 1.0.4
