6/28/1993:  wnpsbi10.mf incorrectly referred to lusuit.mf
            It now, correctly, refers to lusuital.mf

            nuhacccm.mf now immediately sets turningcheck:=1
            this should turn off those pesky 'strange path'
            messages you get when metafont thinks we may have
            messed up our topology.

6/29/1993:  some character names in iphones.mf, called by wngbi*.mf, were
            in quotes, and shouldn't have been; now they aren't in quotes.
            Version consistency control again, sigh.

7/2/1993:   changed value in italla.mf for letter 'l' which was causing
            incorrect placement of glottalic diacritic in Puget Salish
            italic fonts.
