[PATCH] USB: add IRTrans support to ftdi_sio driver

I had a go at adding support for IRTrans to the current kernels and I
seem to have succeeded. I have attached two patches, one for 2.4.25 and
one for 2.6.3 and although I have not tested the 2.4.25 patch I expect
that it should work perfectly.

I hope that these patches can be added to the kernels and in an effort
to help speed this along I am also sending this to greg@kroah.com a
kernel USB developer who I believe can make it happen.

This is my first attempt at a kernel patch and although very simple I
hope it can make using this device a little simpler for some people.
